We had a lazy morning this morning and then Andrew Christensen came over & played with Haze. Then Sally Hall came & played with Nora. And then Andlie requested to go to the library! So we did! We had a great time playing with the puppets & capes and we got some good books.
Andlie finished her first book in one hour. Truly. Like all 65 pages. (I mean, they had pictures on some of them, but still.) One hour. I am impressed, Bugie! I love that she loves reading so much!
Tonight me & Bryan went on a dinner date. We took Cros with us because.....Andlie babysat Haze & Nora! It was the first time we've left her for more than half hour. In fact, we were gone for about an hour and a half and she did so good! We only got four phone calls:
"We're doing good. Just hanging out."
"Netflix isn't working."
"Can Nora have her bink?"
"Haze wants Fishie crackers."
We got home & the TV was turned off and everyone was quietly reading books. Sometimes we forget that Andlie is only eight because she's so grown up. We paid her $2.50. Totally worth it. Meanwhile, Cros had a good time on our date with us.
And then he sat & visited us - LOUDLY - for about an hour!
