Yesterday when me, Nora, and Crosby came home from running errands, there was a fire truck and ambulance at the entry to our neighborhood to greet us. The fireman asked where I was headed and I told him to our house and he said, "Well, there is an active gas leak right by your house and we are trying to fix it so it would be better if you could come back in 15 minutes." So we went to the church parking lot and visited & fed Crosby and then came home to find two holes - one giant one - on our "little road" by our house! It's been quite an loud & messy couple of days!
Went in the bathroom to get things ready to help Andlie get off to school & noticed the cute note she left for Nora by her toothbrush last night.
Cute Cros! Just sitting up on Mommy's tummy while I try & wake up.
These two. They fight like cats & dogs and they also love each other fiercely! This morning I caught a few moments of them loving each other and playing with the spinning top!
Tonight Haze came upstairs after we'd tucked him in because "he was thinking scary things." He requested that we read a book. When I opened the one he chose, it made me smile. Sure miss Gran.
